Therapeutic options for pre-gravidary training in women with a history of combined infertility

The objective: to substantiate and evaluate the improvement of pre-gravida preparation in women with a history combined infertility factors. Materials methods. We examined 102 who were diagnosed two factors simultaneously – tubal origin associated anovulation caused by hyperprolactinemia polycystic ovary syndrome. All patients divided into groups according three-month regimen: 1st group (52 women) received basic (dydrogesterone, folic acid, metformin) combination diet; 2d 2 (50 patients) an improved scheme methyl tetrahydrofolate, potassium iodide, vitamin D3, complex myo-inositol D-chiro-inositol) diet. reliability relative values was evaluated Fisher angular transformation method. Results. In number cases gestational diabetes (30.8 %) slightly higher than 2nd (20.0 %), frequency fetal macrosomia significantly (19.2 % 10.0 persons, respectively). incidence early miscarriage persons lower (40.0 (69.2 risk late twice (14.0 26.9 %, Conclusions. proposed form (tubal anovulation), which includes inositol, contributes greater reduction obstetric perinatal complications.
